Booking policy

  • The 50% deposit is deducted from the final service price.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, and no-shows, lose the deposit.
  • To move an appointment, contact iDazzle at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
  • If iDazzle cannot fulfil the appointment, it will be moved to an agreed date and a discount will be applied.
